Don't think it's a file issue.
Have you tried unplugging the unit for a couple minutes then plugging back in?
Not saying it will work but worth a shot.

yes I've tried all this, but what I meant is that the receiver does not rebooting .. is stuck on ... boot error. Forgive me but I do a bit of effort to write English

Have you tried pushing the STB button on your remote after you push tv button to turn tv on??

Is your box plugged in to a dedicated plug in as in the wall or true power bar?

Most likely dc on the modulator . Are you running the modulator (CH3/CH4) to the TV . IF so disconnect it and see if the DL turns on. I would doubt you are . In the old days some receiver needed to have a DC block installed in the RF Modulator line to isolate it.
Just a thought . Pax

Dear gentlemen, I must apologize for not having explained well. What I meant is that when i turn on the TV before the receiver, the receiver remains stuck on booting and does not go anywhere then I have to turn off the TV and turn on the receiver first and after that it boots up ... thanks

That is a very odd one. How are you hooking up the receiver to the TV. Can you try another hook up for a test..maybe component over the hdmi.

Thanks aidejr for reminding me
I had the same problem with another receiver so long ago it was (limesat hd) and it reminded me of the problem that the hdmi cable was interfering with the signals and with the tv so I changed to component cables and I solved the problem. but.... I wish someone would explain why these problems occur because sometimes we blame the receiver that does not work, but instead is the TV .... thanks to everyone for the support
