I am with a PS and have been for a while. Accounts have been working great and then I went down 15 minuted before breaking bad ended and have been down since. I have been in contact with my PS and my 2 accounts have been tested by him and working but I still have no picture.
In summary I have done the following:
endless reboots (of router modem and box)
Tested 2 ethernet cables on magicjack (both working), tried both on both receivers
tried both accounts
bypassed router
rebooted receivers after every change
Internet is working
Account is paid up
Did a ping test- no packet loss
got a C+ rating, not great but a usual average for me
I am hoping maybe there is some stupid thing I have overlooked.
Please help
Thanks

What server? Is it populating a DHCP address? If you log into your router can you see the DHCP address coming from the receiver? Do you have more than one server input into the receiver?

I only have one box working on the receiver at the moment. All the info is populated. I have "network:connected' in the network menu. But no picture and no 'connection:' status.

What does "one box working on the receiver" mean? Do you mean you only have 1 server input into the receiver? Did you log into your router? Can you see a matching DHCP address in the router from the receiver? What server? If you can't answer these questions it will be hard to help.

Sorry, ive been doing this for years and never been stumped like this. I meant that I have only have one box connected at one time right now. I did a ping and it was successful with no packet loss.I reset my router which is a dlink dl-524 and did another ping (using the ip in the nanosat network 'ip setup' and it was also a success). I am currently in the router information now and trying to add nanosat under the ip that is listed in the dhcp, but doesnt seem to apply. Im sure at this point im causing more damage than anything.

You don't need to add it to the router. As long as the DHCP address in the receiver is showing up in the router then they are talking. I'm going to PM you.
