New north(bv) yearly-maybe

After numerous requests and questions me and Johnny7107 are looking into a NORTH(BV) only yearly server. This server will be SD only and will not support packages/specialty channels etc.....will be a 91 only server. We are just getting a feel for who is interested if we decide to take on this adventure....

And as it was clearly stated, this is an idea of a simple/basic option. They already have what you would be "interested" in, its called beaver.

Not too sure of the whole thread but I already have Beaver on a 9 month plan. That includes all the HD I could ever want. The price I'm paying for 9 months is good, but what is the problem with making this into a "year" plan INCLUDING HD? If the price was right (meaning a bit of a break going for 12 months vs. 9 months) I'd sign up today.

You guys do know that Beaver TV North does offer a yearly option that includes HD, right?

This potentially is just SD and thus will be cheaper and I assume won't offer PPV events like UFC/WWE/etc

What ppl want is available, but for a larger price

Beaver is very expensive there are other servers out there ...same service but way cheaper...u just have to look around

lol..expensive? I read the original post and didn't see anything about pricing. There are some p$ that buy multiple codes and resell for less to the cheapskates and those cheapskates are the ones that end up spending more time posting "I am down" or "freezing" rather than watching tv. jmo

Its one of the best servers out there and its not always about the $ either beaver is a very stable server with great support.Anyhow this is not what this thread is for that you just hi-jacked dude.I would not be interested in sd only its hd only for me.

It's all about money...at the end...don't be more loyal then the king..if u like to spend more for the same service it' up to you....

There is 2 types of servers that exist

1) A server that always freezes and lags during peak hrs or has regular downtime, but it's cheap and affordable... Basically you get what you pay for
2) A server that never freezes or lags and rarely ever has downtime. It's more expensive, but it is also more reliable and thus the premium is worthwhile.

Try watching a PPV event like UFC or WWE and see how annoyed you become when the main events start and the servers start freezing up or lagging. It gets even more annoying when you have friends and family over and they all see this happening which doesn't make it look good. You don't get that with Beaver TV, at least on the North (I don't have South) you don't and that alone is worth the premium.

The problem that ppl have nowadays is they want good reliable TV that always works and never freezes/lags/downtime but they want to pay the cheapest amount possible. Sorry it doesn't work like that and like any product that we buy, you get what you pay for.

How often do you see a posting regarding beaver north and downtime? How often do you see it for others? How often is there channel requests for beaver vs another?
Not the same, not even close. Only similarity is that you need to point a dish towards 91.

actually, it's really not expensive at all.

one year of beaver north would be one month on the "Best" package w/TMN and HBO, it wouldn't include Sunday Ticket, Center Ice, Extra Innings, international channels, porno or ppv events

beaver north is a great service...no question guys.
But beaver south is a great service too ....then along came Yearly.

Very stable server with a respectable channel lineup for the budget folks with the same great support.
There's definitely room for yearly north I think, but with zero HD ?? That's a tough sell in 2013 guys. Cheers.

1: As stated above do some searching prices for the subs with what is offered.....
2: this thread is a "server poll" not a "please comment thread" its a thread for if its really worth our time to add this server for the time it takes for us too add support for it and if people would be interested in it.
3: yes everyone has a opinion, but most keep it shut unless they have us and our having problems wit us and voice it...
4: Yes thank you there are other servers out there so go to them and stop highjacking another thread sure they would be happy with a client like you...

People this is not a add HD thread or add this channel thread....it is to see if people are interested in a plain Jane server for a yearly donation instead of mnthly etc. As stated above, due your own searching and do the math on getting a sub with the channels provided. Its pretty simple to click yes or NO.......

If admin would like to close this thread for polling only up to you as it has gone sideways like usual with every busy bodies 2 cents worth of nonsense....
