setting pinwheel up

im using my telus dish with 82 and 91 but cant seem to lock on the satellites get it for 5-10 seconds then back to 0. was wondering what to set the lnb type, local frequency, tp frequency, diseq parameter, diseq 1.1 and legacy switch

Lnb type KU
Lnb Freq 11250
t/p freq 12224
Diseqc parameter 81 A 91 B or vise versa whichever way you have them connected to the switch
diseqc 1.1 off
legacyswitch off
22 KHz off
