cant get a signal

whent throu all the instuctions to install but cant get a strong signal, my new jynxbox is not working,not getting signal stregth,but my old i-link 9000 plus is getting the signals but only some channels r coming like 109,209 some times the 500 chanels and i got full signal on them,and some porn too, wy am i not getting a signal on the jynbox,im getting signal strong here and then on i link wats up with that

What type of LNBs are you using? What switches, what are your existing antenna settings?

Try connecting the LNB to the box without a switch. If you get signal then your switch might be bad.

If you have external connectors, verify they are in good condition, are not wet or rusted.

Verify the frequency of your LNB. I had same issue and changed from 11250 to 10600 and get it working.

i tryed it all everything is good.could u give me step by step instructions for rite outof the box brand new.maybe i did something rong or loaded the rong file.the switch and everything else is fine,like i said my i link is getting signals and some channels r working

got 2 30 inch dishes on 119 and 110,the switch is a ariza dise qc 20 4 * 1, my ilink is pickin up chanels and signals but nothin on the jynbox

If you connect the LNB directly to the receiver do you get good signal levels?
Have you turned on teh power for the LNBs in the System Settings menu?

i dont know about teh but the power is onfor lnb

Are you sure your tuner (JB200) is working properly? Have you tried the 2nd slot?

Might be jb200 is gone or faulty!!!
