is any one having problems with the jynxbox ultra remote
i can't seem to make my remote working on the gray button
witch is the button for add or removed favers .
i need some help on these

Go into TV channel list. From there press the grey FAV button, it should look like it moved up a little, now go through teh list and when you have a channel you want to add to a FAV group press OK on the channel. It will then prompt you for which group you want to add the channel to, choose the group and a little square with a blue heart will appear beside the channel name, press exit and it will go back to the channel list and there will be a FAV marker beside the channel. Once done press exit again, you will be prompted to save, choose yes. Now you have some Fav groups.

yes i try that i do have favers ,but now the gray button dosen"t move up like the others buttons do its only the gray button every other color button works

Would you happen to know another person with the same remote so you try theirs on your STB to see if the same thing happens. That way you know if it is a remote issue or a STB issue.
