No HD Channels

Got new Jynxbox a month ago. Worked great for about 25 days. Then it stopped. Signal S and Q stuck at 42% and 43%. Got the new tuner (Second Generation Jynbox DVB-S2 / 8PSK Tuner), installed it in the same slot where the old one was. Got all SD channels, but not a single HD channel. The other receiver (Freesat) is getting all SD and HD. Tried factory default, reinstalling factory bin and the latest bin, rescanned and again got all SD but no HD channels. Any idea what could be wrong? Thanx

Your not getting any HD because a DVB-S2 is for True FTA you need a JB200 Module

The dvbs-2 and JB-200 tuners are different. Usually JB-200 slot 1, and dvbs-2 slot 2 is the norm from what I have seen. Need HD from JB-200, and fta sats some have HD using dvbs encryption using a dvbs-2 module. Hopefully you are talking about a V2 or V3 model JB.
