thanks guys i load the factory file using a the loader problem solve, and i also used a notebook usb fan to keep it cool

I havea problem with my box was watching bev it froze did a hard boot now i'm not getting anything from the box. it starts then on the display it only says on, there is nothing on the tv using the hdmi port or the normal av jacks. just don't know where to go from here.

try loading the factory file using a cable and the loader program

I would try removing module first see if it boots, then try software reload

I would try removing module first see if it boots, then try software reloadI would go opposite route. easier to load a file than unhook everything and tear a box apart IMO but either way process of elimination

Is your jynx a clone & what file were you using when it froze.

replace the hdmi cable if that's not the problem load a channel list on it by usb in front port ...and again clone works great that would not give a problem they use the same jb200 as original.....

clones use a clone jb200 as well
