How to Exit Radio Channels

For some reason my Pinwheel has gone into Radio channels and even if I press the top left button on theremote control to go back into TV Channels it does not allow me to go again into TV channels.....I tried turning power on/off but still no success. I tried pressing EPG and navigate through there but no option to go to TV channels.

Please help in getting me out of radio list!
