Sonicview 360 premiere setup with ihub and code

I have a sonicview premiere 360 with ihub, but have not used it since 1 year. I need help to program the receiver and ihub. Can somebody please post instruction and files to program the ihub and receiver. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can still use it but it will come with the S/W update message. Or you can convert the ihub to a SVLan.
