losing connection

Anyone have a problem with their jynxbox freezing and losing connection to server. I don't know if its my box, cable internet or rocket server but very frustrating it is!

I just renewed my rocket and having the same freezing problem. I did not have freezing of this nature before the renewal. Every 5 to 10 minutes. Getting Connection Failed. It is surely a Rocket Server issue as many others are having the same problem.
I'm using a viewsat with XXClient so it's not a specific box issue.
