resolution??

wife tried to reset res, went to a UNsupported res and now cant get a picture, anybody got any ideas about this, cant get into any menues to resolve this problem...Sound is fine, channel change is fine...This is a major problem with this little box, "mode unsupported message wont go away.."if there is not quick solution.

tried the off/on switch..no dice...

when i used to have the box before i return it, whenever that happens to fix it i simply reboot by the switch in the back of the box.

Use the remote and on the remote keep pressing the ASPECT button and wait about 5seconds after each press you will go back to the picture
