I just bought a server put all info in my sv360 and it still says dns fail.....server does work cause I checked it.....does n e one know what else could b the problem

DNS fail usually describes one of two things....
The server was not locatable with the info you entered or the Url was offline when you were looking.
It's usually an issue with the way things are entered in your "Network settings" menu.
Confirm the server is up and working.
Confirm and reconfirm the info you entered is 100% correct and matches what you were given.
If still nothing, contact your seller.

Added: I should have mentioned to reboot your router/modem and then the box after everything else is booted up.
