Careful with SATLOBO aka zoogor

Signed up with Zoogor a month ago. Service was down for fist 2 days. Has been down every 3-4 days through the last month. Received NO COMPENSATION for any of it. Hell I'm not asking for the full...

I have used Satlobo and Zoogor and they have been nothing but pleasant and quick to reply with emails. Is it their fault there is an ecm? NO! When mine goes down I look on here to see what is happening with other providers. And guess what, they are down too. Don't like it, pay for a sub. I do.

I apologize for dragging Satlobo through the mud, didn't realize Zoogor was just a reseller.

Again, "forgetting" to give us new server info and losing over a week and a half of view SHOULD BE WORTH a couple days....sorry but I'm not going to run a jump to pay you after all that BS.

Also, after 3 straight days of being down and emailing back/fourth....he tells me my time is up!

Funny part is I paid on the 14th of Sept and didn't get service BECAUSE IT WAS DOWN UNTIL THE 16th of Sept! It's been down since the 17 of Oct and about 5 days in between that. Yes I expect some kind of compensation since I paid for a MONTH and received about 20 days of working service. I guess I'm way out of line according to some!

You must remember there are no guarantees referenced when you purchase these type of sevices, from what gets posted here and other sites, all servers have problems. At least this retailer refunded...

besides that, the service was never down more than a day. you dont read the forums, not my fault. i cant pm 4000 people and inform them of changes. thats what these sites are for
