I hit the red button like 10 + times. Then wait a few minutes with EPG open. Then from EPG I find a channel that is fully populated and scroll to it and scroll forward until you hit the end. Then it is a matter of scrolling up and down from the EPG and you will slowly see channels populate with information.

I don't get much just letting it sit on 239. You have to play with it. If Dreamlink fixes the EPG it would get a 10.
sadly since they are coming out with new boxes , I doubt it will ever get fixed.

rana, i found
that if u clk the yellow butt on remoute&wait for 8 to 10 min,on 239 dn u will get lots of hours epg, now for bev[ don,t] clk blue butt on remoute>>>>>on remoute put in ether 199 or 1199 wait 30 sec &bev ekg will pouplate,works good.

Over 12hrs on ch239 and only get 2hrs of epg. Over 1 yr and my DLHD is v3.

You will never get a steady EPG on any boxes. You will be able to get a full day or 2 but once you turn the receiver off, you back to square one again. FTA boxes will never get a EPG like the DN Boxes do.

all i do is stay on channel 200 for like 10 15 and it will begin to populate.....the trick here is never turnoff the box....and u will always have 2 -3 hour guide.
