SV360E no signal

A buddy has a 360e that one day stopped receiving any and all signal, tried to rescan but it won’t see any satellites at all, did a reset and sysclean but still nothing. Is this thing dead?

Did you load factory file and latest file after you run system clean file

It sounds like it could be a bad switch try changing it and check all the RF connectors and cables

his other 360 works fine on the same dish set-up.
