how to record ATSC channel and watch channel on jb200?

Hi
I was trying to record a channel from ATSC and want to watch a channel from jb200, I can't get fav option to scroll through. Instead I get all satellites option and have to go through one by one through 1000 channels. File using is 239. Any help or suggestions?

Can't you just use the remote and enter the channel number you wish to go to and press the OK buton. Leave the channel list on all satellites and you should be able to access all the channels.

Yes I tried that input channel number on remote but that doesn't work. Receiver doesn't respond to remote. I can only get all satellite list, that's the problem.

Receiver doesn't respond to the remote.. that could be a problem. Are you able to use the Last or Back buttons?
Have you tried a factory reset (write down your dish settings first)? It just might unjam something.
