Cannot Enter Server Info in Pinwheel HD mini

I did everything mentioned in the forums but i was't able to get anything in server list. There is no way i can put server info. Anyone has any idea what to do?
I already did factory reset, tried different files from 2.3 to 2.7, tried Ethernet wireless, loaded even factory file and did everything from scratch but nothing so far. Help is welcome....

Are you connected to internet? Make sure you are!

yes i am connected to internet. i tried both lan and wifi but i cannot enter server info, i can only see green, red, blue & yellow buttons buttons nothing else.

Just for information when i click on weather, irc or applicattions in apps menu i get message ' please contact provider' i thought i should mention it as well.

you must be connected to your network first, go to menu, Settings, Network Setup, if you are hardwired choose Ethernet and then press the green button, if you are Wifi then press the blue button to search for SSID, choose your network and enter your password to connect to your network, press the green button to connect, once connected then press the power button and reboot your receiver, then go menu, Apps, Server List, enter the password 9999 and press enter, then edit each entry, remember to delete the current entry and replace it with yours, finally hit save before you exit.

Make sure you have correct file !

Did you hit Add? when in server list? Did you hit edit?

than 4 colours on bottom
hit green to add server...
should have those steps available !
If not i would assume net issue...either router or something in between not leting net feed get to pinwheel !

stopped for supper and unplugged the unit from the wall. 30 minutes later came back , powered up an everything was back to normal. It seems killing the juice and letting the capacitors drain out will fix the issue. BTW I replicated the issue by pressing the blue button and then selecting restart CAM

Thankoyu all for your help....
I have the correct file, correct time and satellites are scanned, Internet is connected as well can see this box in router as well.
I also did factory default. loaded file no result.
Stopped, unplugged for 30 minutes or more.......no help
Any one has any other idea????

Can you to to menu and under menu go to about and please tell me which box you have and which file you are using!

2 things i can recommend

remove router and go direct to box

try another router if you have just for testing

Cobra.........I have Mini and i am currently using 2.7 for mini.
fta4me and Benfica.......I will try tonight without router and will let you know

I connected box direct to modem, tried another router, even loaded 2.6 and tried stuck on boot method but no success.
Any other ideas???

just push Blue button on remote then Ok Button that restart your cobra server now go to server setting you should be good.

Finally problem is resolved.....
I exchanged my modem yesterday, this morning hooked up receiver to router again no luck. then hooked up receiver direct to new modem and boom all is well
Weird i did same with old modem but never worked so i guess both my modem and router had some issues anyway i directly connected receiver to modem and its working fine now

I have never been able to get my mini going. I have had the problem for months. my limesat work fine.

Tirolocop: as post 24 requested what receiver model do you have and what file did you load? The pro file will load to the mini as will the IP file but they will not work.

i have been in talks with dealer

certrain routers do cause this

he says they are going to fix soon
so all routers will work
