can't load usb driver ftd2xx.dll - BIRDOG 2.5

I just got a birdog 2.5 and so now im trying to program bought a usb programming cable. BUT after installing i get "can't load usb driver ftd2xx.dll". Can anyone help me ?

Search register a dll file. There is a CMD you can run from Start>Run.

also Copy the file to C:\Windows\system32

do we have to guess what os you are running?
It's probably a winxp dll you are trying to run?
