360P EPG problem

just got a new/used 360P and I can't get a guild at all. I did a factory reset then loaded the sys-clean then loaded the new factory file then file 0257 then P28-2028 then I had to load a TP file then scanned , I don't see any listings at all. please help before I go nuts.

What are you pointed at ?

Confirm your date and time are correct for your zone.
Confirm "Epg in standby" is enabled in the menu.
Tune to one of the Epg channles listed below for about 10-15 minutes and see if it populates.
If still nothing, turn the box off with the remote when you go to bed.It doesn't matter what channel your on.
Wake to a full EPG.
If still nothing, you may have a transponder file issue.

Lastly, If your pointed at the 110 and 119 you can load this file. If your pointed at more than the 110/119 you'll have to scan those sats manually.
