hello, I need your help, i'm using a captiveworks800 with an iks p$ working perfectly with charlie. My clue is that i'm missing 2 transponder on BEV 91 sat... those tp are 12530 and 12384. I tried to scan auto, blind and separate transpoder and no siganl or chanel at all... I have no signal regarding those tp, but good signal on those tp when I connect to my legit dish directly to the box. I tried every set up and setting possiblity on my cw800 and nothing work....
developpement....
I Foud my problem but I need help to resolve it.... So. When I connect my second dish (bev) using a single lnb into the input of my dppro (charlie) that work but missing some tp on bev only... If I connect directly my receiver to the single lnb all tp work perfectly... same issue if I use my legit Bev dish directly to my receiver with dppro, all tp are go... If a use a disec chieta 4x1 switch same result with missing tp on bev... I'm not sure, correct me if I'm worng but disec switch wont work with dppro??? Last thing that I would try this week is using a 2x1 22khz switch... Is this can resolve my issue???? If you have another way to it right let me know... is what I got to test if you have anoter way to do it; 2 dish with dppro and 1 using 2 single lnb, a chieta 4x1 switch, and in some days a 22khz 2x1 switch to be buying if needed
thanks for you help...

Is your BEV single LNB a DP? You should only use a DP lnb when running it into the "in" port on a DPP lnb. And you should not be using a diseqc switch when using a twin lnb, it already has a built-in switch inside the lnb.
You could also be running onto a power issue as a DPP lnb with another lnb running into it uses alot of power (more power than most FTA receivers output). If you have a sub receiver connect it to one of the ports on the DPP, then connect your FTA receiver to the other port on the DPP.

He should run the DP twin LNB with the subbed receiver on the LNB's #1 port as that is the only port to correctly power the LNB, you will also have to do a switch check on the subbed receiver to get it to see the correct LNB type.

Once this is done the FTA receiver can be run on the #2 LNB port.

All LNB's connected to the #4 input port on the DP twin must be of the same type (Dish), but only a DP (or DPP) single LNB can be used, a second DP twin LNB will not work.

Thanks for your help guys....
Last question, if I want to connect bird 82,91 and bird 110,119 form two dish using both dpp twin lnb, is there anyway to do it ??? A switch dp21 or sw21 22khz, they will desactivated the lnb build in switch???

An SW21 or 22Khz switch can be used, and they will not deactivate the lnb build in diseqc switch.

The best way is to use 4 DP single LNB's, (like the one below) two on the 82/91 dish and two on the 110/119 dish, then a standard Diseqc switch can be used, and any switch setting can be used.

The only problems are you can't run more then 2 receivers on this setup. (not with a standard Diseqc 4x1 switch) for that a DPP44 switch should be used.
