Cant connect to server or server failed

I am wondering if server is down since yesterday so I went in to check my code if still active.
The answer is Oops!! We cant find this donation ? Is that mean my donation code is expired or it will display expired code.

sounds like it could be either one of 2 options, expired or wrong code inputed...

I think it more like expired then wrong code because I am using one code for 2 STB and hardly played around with network setting.
If code is expired what is it displayed in the code checker cuz instead of Oops cant find code.
