Very Frustrated

I had everything set up on my jynxbox. Clicked on "Apply" and it said "CONNECTION FAILED". I tried a few more times but after it did say "connected to server 7" I exited out and low and behold I had a picture (on 109) it stayed put, everything was great.. I was so happy and feeling really accomplished, but then I went and changed the channel. It went down and has not come back since. I am going bonkers trying to figure out went wrong. Please if anyone could help that would be great.

first off why server 7? and it could just be your iks server acting up as well

I don't know why. But I did try the other servers as well. Thing is though that I can not put the IP address and the domain like my Nano. How do I do that? I feel like it is something really simple that I am missing.

oops sorry. I do hope someone can help me though. I just got the box today. I wonder why it connected and then when I changed the channel it got disconnected from the server?

Also how do I load the factory file. Its different and does not show up on the usb.

Hey Papa, take a look here where they discuss loading the factory file. Haven't tried it so can't vouch that it works but, worth a try. Let us know if it worked for you. http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php?143519-Signal-Problem

Well Shark I did not do that. But this morning I checked on it and its fine now. Things that make you go hmmm.. (in a good way)
