delay lip sink problem

some of my channel sound does not match with lips movement it delays .please need help. how to fix. thanks

I'm having the same problem on my Ultra lite Jynx, on recorded movies only tho.

I traced my problem to certain TV HDMI inputs then discovered a misconfiguration in the TV's AV settings affecting audio/video sync. Problem solved but may not be your problem.
