I have a wee problem with my EPG disappearing, I did have it all beit, showing different than what was showing. I have followed instruction to the letter, I am on echostar 110W. my time setting are pefect for my time zone. any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.I am lost...thank you .....whiteheather

Pull your flash drive out delete what is on it. Then put it back in the unit and follow instructions for 9 day epg.
