jynxbox ultra v3 problems in the guide (epg)

on my jynxbox ultra hd v3 when i am in the guide (epg) all the channels will not display , like i see channel 120 history channel but 119 is not there if i punch in 119 it will apear now channel 120 is gone . i was looking for channel 455 HD and it was not there 456 sd was there when i punched in channel 455 it came in now 456 is gone . is there a way to fix this

Push the sat button and select all sats. If that doesn't work I would factory default and re scan scan sats then do as I suggested.
If you have a flash drive plugged in pull it out and delete all then put it back in before you re scan.

i do not have a flash drive plugged in . and i have tried factory default and rescan , checked it is on all satellite , i have tried different files from the 239 to the 243 , i have deleted all tps from the list of sats that i have and rescanned still the same , i have two boxs and there both the same problem with the guide , i have 14 or 15 jynxboxs out there and i called two of them last night and they allso have the same problem with the channels in the guide . but i am the one hoo set them up lol so it could be something i have done

You need to have a USB 2.0 Jump Drive plugged in to get a good EPG. To get all the channels, you have to do a TP-by-TP full manual scan of each TP on all your sats. It sounds harder than it really is. That will get you every single channel on every sat. Sorry to say that Jynx never really did get their crap together and satellite scan is one item left for them to fix. I just gave up and do the damned manual TP scan. Takes about a half hour for 110/119/129. It isn't that bad.

i got all the channels there just not appearing in the guide, like i have the guide up and channel 119 is not there in the guide it goes 118 then 120 but if i punch in the channel 119 now it is in the guide and channel 120 is now gone wired

do a sort by SID which will arrange all your channels in the proper order and should resolve what's happening

do a sort by SID which will arrange all your channels in the proper order and should resolve what's happening well bobby when i did not see user option in the menu i assumed sort by sid was a default in the program and it would automatically do it on its own . well you no what happens when you assume LOL.

sid stands for Station Identification ID , SID is the proffer setting for the guide ( epg ) on a FTA receiver it will explain here how to set it http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php?125195-Sorting-channels
