t5 channel change

My t5 works great but for one little problem.When i press channel numbers on remote it doesn't go to selected channel.It doesn't matter if epg is showing or it's on a channel.I have to go to epg and scroll to the channel i want.
I can live with this but was wondering if it's something i did.This is a great box.Any help appreciated.
