Just recently attended a three day Health Achieve conference in Toronto.
There were three key note speakers.
On Monday the conference was opened up Chris Hadfield. How cool is that? Spoke for an hour on his trip along with slides and then had a 15-20 minutes question period.
When I landed yesterday I had to go to the movie Gravity in 3D. Enjoyed that also.
On Tuesday the key note speaker was Sir Ken Robinson. He is a internationally Acclaimed Expert on Creativity and Innovation. I had not heard of him prior but he was a very engaging, humorous speaker.
On Wednesday morning the closing key note speaker was Ray Kurzewell. He is one of the world's leading inventors, thinkers, and futurists. He was called the "restless genius" by the Wall Street Journal and the "ultimate thinking machine" by Forbes magazine. I gotta admit he was over the top for me and I was stating to feel like a dummy until after I overhead a lot of other people admitting that they couldn't follow him either.
My first time at this particular conference but I am thinking that if I have an opportunity to go again next year I'm there.
