I brought and new code and it still say connect and i tried it on my 4000 and it still say connect do any one have any ideal

Sound like even though your connected there is nothing coming from your provider.
What file do you have loaded in the box ?
What version does Wiz show for the dongle ?

I can't get the wiz to see my dongle I tried hardwire and wireless I loaded file 14 and I brought a new code but my box say network adapter connect and I get network setting menu

Do the ip's populate in the network settings menu ?
Open wiz and try to ping the "local ip" shown in network settings.
Set to "dhcp" in your network settings and reboot all.
Do you have a network bridge installed (power line adapters or other)?
Bypass the bridge with a long wire or move the box if you can and try again to connect.

how to use the wiz i down loaded 3.0.2 i can't get i to work now it wont show the network setting

since you are having so many problems try starting from scratch. load the right firmware to receiver. then with wizloader 3.02 load the wiz110sr with the 4.12 file. make sure all your settings are including the baud rate. then connect the 2 together then in network settings input your server settings.
