Dish isn't showing the Leafs/Devils game in HD tonight since the only feed they've got is from Canada. Canadian feeds (TSN, CBC, Sportsnet, LeafsTV) don't get shown in HD on Dish Network's NHL Centre Ice, even if it the only option

Dish can't pick up the NJ feed since it's on MSG+, a channel that DN doesn't carry.
