I was wondering if there are any private servers that have these particular channels up
and running with any consistency?

378 - indieplex
379 - retroplex
9423 - hdnmv
9529 - sony
9533 - epix1
9534 - epix2
9612 - mgm

Best bet is to pm some re sellers and ask. Bare in mind that channels come and go quite often using iks so to rely on them being there 24/7 is not possible.
