Hello

I have a new pinwheel and when I try to change the channel using the up/down arrows it does not work anymore(worked when i first got it). The only way I can change channels now is to go epg/updown/ok/exit.
Even if I type the channel # in I want and press ok a little window pops up that says "failed to change channel"
Any ideas ?

Push the "ok" button, then you will see a choice at the bottom. Hit the red button(sort) then exit out and all is good.
