echostar 129 missing from my satellite list?

I cannot see EchoStar in the satellite list during the process of adding 129 satellite. any sugestions?

PS: dreamlink V4 with 110/119 working fine...just trying to add 129 but I do not see the 129 sat listed. I see 129 CIEL 2.
