private servers dont work

I have 3 private servers installed in my iptv hd box. when I turn off the public the tv stops working
I get the epg the iptv channels work.but the sats don't work.on the servers list shows server is on.

I doubt very much you have 3 private servers in the receiver ... maybe 3 P$ servers. and at the moment there has been an ECM and most are either down or just starting to recover at this time from what I have been reading

You are right 3p. Servers I was having this problem before today. When I turn the public off the others dont work..

How are you turning off public ????

If you have your P$ turned on that is what your watching not public P$ over ride the Public Plus you should only have 2 servers turned on at a time

if that is the case why when i turn the public off i get no tv.
and i have try one server at the time with the public off still nothing .

Do you have any of the servers on? if not it will be public. If you do turn them on what you could try doing is go back to trying to watch TV then hit the blue button then hit ok. This may kick the server on.

and the way i turn public off is go in the servers list and press the stop buttom on the remote.to turn it on go in the servers list and press play on the remote..

can someone with the iptv hd receiver try this..turn the public off leave your paid server on. turn the receiver off and back on again and see if the picture comes back on..when i do this to my receiver the picture does not come back.
can someone please try. this has been bothering me fo a wille now.

It works great !
If all steps are correct it should pick up fine...
If ur public works....go on server section make sure 1 at least of ur paid p$ is turned on and stored, than hit stop on ur remote and public should stop, ur paid should kick in easy !

not sure where you got the idea of the PLAY & STOP button controlling the server because you are the only person I seen posting this. I was under the impression that if you had private server info in the box and turned ON then it over rides any public server. To go back to public server you would have to disable any private servers you have turned ON

ben if i stop the public my paid servers dont come on. i stored the servers and they are on.

yes nost.if you go to the servers list and press the stop button on the remote the public stops working.to restart you go to theservers list again and press the play button..

The private servers over ride the public server your public server won't come in till you turn off private servers and then do a Deep Standby

holly the public works just fine with the private on or off.the problem i have is when i tun off the public the private does not work.
even after i rebbot or do a deepstandby..as soon as i turn the public on picture comes on..
benfica says he does not have this problem with his receiver. if there is nobody else with this problem using this receiver that means its only me..

yes i am sure.i try all 3 servers one at the time same result.
the reason i am a little worried about this is because if the public stops working i am stuck.
