chinese channels

can anyone suggest a ps other than cnps that has stable chinese channlels on 118 dn specifically 9916 thru 9988???
do they come and go??? i am currently using cnps but would like to try other alternatives. it is forementioned that falcon and satlobo carry it , but would like to know if they stay there most of the time??? comments and suggestions are appreciated.

all channels come and go on all IKS servers. it would seem if you are having issues with a service supposedly spwecializing in those channels then your next step is a legitimate sub
