Didn't see any release notes with it. So test it out and post your results. The other 138 file released for the local was giving some users challenges. You will have to reset everything including the sats, scans, SID, time, and P$ info. Make sure to load as main software upgrade.

my friend is getting this device 8k hd and I'm helping him, so I just put this 144 on a USB and load it as Main SW Upgrade or I need to do any thing before this file?

thanks in advance

You may need to format the USB to fat 32

next time that happens just pull out the stick and then put it back in

heres another issue with the new bin on my local as well and now when you hit the info button to read the info you cant just hit exit , you need to hit cancel first , in my opion way to many steps , not like the conventional method , so i dont see any improvement at all also if you notice in your network its showing that your not connected for some reason now but in fact you are

just a thought , in my opion every time someone posts a new bin i think it would be nice to at least know what its for , yes its nice to know the coders are working hard to support the box and then we all jump on the ban wagon saying o the bin works great with out knowing what its for and further more run from forum to forum spreading the word , i know i wound up putting back on the v137 because it works better on my hd local , i do love this box , probably the best i've owned yet

I don't see any differece with the 474 factory or the 144 upgrade I agree with rockhard it would be nice to know what it's for I needed to rescan every sat and server again, yes and I do think it's a good receiver if some issues with the epg etc. are fixed

benj , next time do yourself a favor just load the bins if you want another bin that is , lol , just load it main code only , that way theres no rescanning involved

I dont see any difference between the 137 and the 144 , If you are not interested on the ota option you can convert it to Ilink 9800 it works way better no more audio delay, the guide sucks but the menu looks way better

I find the 144 EPG is a bit better than the 137 but the B*V EPG is still buggy and needs to be fixed. The 144 bin also takes the audio selection out of the TV System Menu. Also noticed the problem with the server say's disconnected when in fact it's connected. Nice receiver with excellent picture but needs a few issues fixed.

I also reverted to v137, v144 was a waste of time
