jynxbox hd display 2 lights only

I found my jynxbox hd with only 2 lights on, I try the loader but nothing. Change the JB200 and nothing..I check all internet and nothing.. it is a capacitor? any ideas?:confused: please help!:(

Try the loader again but leave the box power off until you press the connect on the loader.
