I'm trying to connect to the beaver TV north for the first time. I've all sats scanned with strong signal and quality. I set up the connection to PS as per thebev details with the new IP. I got connected to the server message with "connection OK(1) but, yet all the channels are scrambled-not even a single channel is up. I tried re-booting, reset the modem and router, factory default with new set up, changing the disc switch but no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated

What box are you using?

the client is connected to the server but not requesting a control word this is usaly a sat issue when connect but dont request the control word

Thanks thebev and everybody trying to help. This is the first time I heard about the control word. If this issue because of a weak signal however; the stb (KBox pro) shows signal strength 90% and quality 78%. I was also able to scan 600+ channels. I was also using this stb in the past with different sub with no issues for north . I greatly appreciate if there any suggestion what to do

The kbox won't get beaver unless you have the proper hub. If it is a clone hub it won't work.

It is not a clone and it has a solid green light The network said connected to the server OK

Problem solved, Thanks everybody for your help and support (samfromcan, folcan99, Glatt, thebev, and Slayer). It is about the current files I'm using for KBox is not supporting the B*V and I've to update the hub

I'm using PS 104_100 for DN and it works OK for DN but not for B*V. My bad.. I was using it in the past for DN so, I've to switch stb not to spend $$ and effort on a new hub or different files

prolly good idea...Or clone kill will ruin it..jus get something else 4 north....Dreamlink wud be good call..jmo..

Thanks a lot thebeav. You guys are great supporters. Every thing was fixed when I used different stb other than KBox. I just lost 4 days which is not a big deal. Thanks again!!
