I have a 18in dish with 2 duel LNBs.One for 110 and the other for 119.I lost quality a few weeks ago.I replaced the cable and the ends.Still the same.If the lnbs are bad would I still get signal.Frustrated

Any chance the dish has moved? Picture on channel 101?
Could also be an LNB setting that it not allowing you quality. We'd need more details on that.

Yes you will still get a "S" reading if the LNB's are bad, you will only loose the "S" if they are disconnected, totally dead or shut off in the satellite setup menu.
Two dual LNB's need a switch somewhere, check it out by by-passing it with an "F" barrel connector, run direct to the 110 LNB the direct to the 119 LNB, but remember to turn off the receiver completely before disconnecting any coax, or you could FUBAR your switch.
And also check for loose hardware, nuts and bolts will loosen up over time, if the dish has moved as Fastcompany suggested you may need to re-tweak it.

Channel 101 is on 119W, TP 12457R, it is an open channel and should be viewable by all.
To find 119 you need to use TP12457R.
And to find 110 you can use TP12224, what type switch do you have?
