Pinwheel vod problem

Hi i had a problem with my pinwheel every time I turned off the receiver with the remote the receiver can't connect to any server only wen I disconnect from electric cable of back of the receiver.Please if any vary know how to fix this problem.Thanks

when you turn on with remote just push blue button on remote bring Cobra menu then just push OK to restart Cobra.
Exit Out from Cobra you should be connected now with all your server fine.
