Bootloop issue

Had a bootloop issue with my old limesat, now going through similar issues with a jynxbox. Sometimes will just reboot on its own and sometimes goes through the loop issues when booting. I thought I saw a thread here in the past with regard to boot issues. I am guessing I am reloading factory, then new file and starting over? Any input is appreciated.

The answer though is use strait through cable and loader with factory file, factory default then load latest bin (authorized file if you have a true unit) with usb stick then factory default again and you're off to the races.

Re loading factory did not work. I loaded V8 and get invalid format and no monitor access with hdmi cable, with the rca cables I get the menu screen in black and white with some interference, I load the newest file and the picture is good, for 3 to 5 secs and back into a bootloop, any other suggestions?

you mention that you've had boot loop issues with another receiver as well, maybe some moisture in your RG6, you may want to look into that first, try disconnecting the cable.

RG6 isn't even connected at the moment

The picture issue was in the resolution settings and everything is fine with the factory V8, as soon as I load the 243 dual it goes into a bootloop

I tried the old 237 dual and same thing, goes to boot, start, get the screen for 2 to 5 seconds and off, boot, start, and over and over

possible clone?....try 239

Could be a bad JB module, pull the jb module and then try it, if it boots ok then replace the JB module.

I dont believe it is a clone, this is my buddies machine, we ordered two together from my supplier so they came together, mine is working fine....I was suspicous of the tuner, will try that next...thanks
funny though it seems fine on the facory file but it does not like the 50 hz resolution settings, picture is black and white and scrambly

It sounds like two separate issues, the jb200 can make it reboot if its hot. As for loading the factory have you tried going back to a pre dual file like 183 then try loading factory?
