Jynxbox Ultra HD WiFi menu locked

Hi Everyone,
I hope someone here can help me with my WiFi issue. I have searched the forums and cannot find an answer to this problem, however I do see that others also have this issue. I am new to FTA and I have a Jynxbox Ultra HD V3. I flashed it with the bin "JX_NA_CLONE_KILLER_firmware_v243_dual" and I see WiFi in the menu under tools, but it is locked with blue lettering. I have the Jynxbox WiFi USB adapter plugged into the rear USB port, but cannot access WiFi. Does anyone know how I can get the WiFi option to work? Please let me know. Thanks.

It sounds to me like either your wifi is not seated properly or it is faulty to begin with.
Hard wired using LAN is always best on a FTA unit.

Thanks, those threads may have helped. I am going to borrow a friends tomorrow that is working and try it out. My computer detects the one I have as a wifi adapter, so if my buddy's works, I will have just hard wire. Thanks again!
