Any iks provider for the south excepting paypal, my current provider is very unstable & is ready for renewable soon ?

all providers are unstable ifs all beta testing so nothing stable

tv101 was really stable & a very good service, but lately has been the pits, it's time to move on with a second provider until
my donation runs it's course.
If it ever gets better like it had started out at the first, i'm moving on.

A word of advise:never use paypal to pay a provider...
