I can get the north channels, but not the south ones.

Recently signed up for both North and South servers from Satlobo. I'm running a nfusion with 25f. NOI on a windows 7 machine. The north service is running excellent. I can't get any service from the south. Channel 101 comes in great. 123.108.108.138 and 123.108.109.022 are both in the ip advanced settings. I can ping both servers, just over 100ms for both. NOI shows a green "server1" and the channel number on the north server, south is always blank when I go there. I've reboot everything multiply times. Can anyone provide any guidance to get me up an running on the south. Thanks, and cheers.

enter 123.108.109.22 instead of what you have and see if it makes a difference
