new t5 box will not save des key info

I have entered the des keys and hit the red button then exit and it will not save the numbers and therefore can't connect to server. tried this several times no luck. Any suggestions?

They go back to all 00 after you enter them and exit but as long as everything is entered correctly it should connect.

Instead of using the red button just click exit then exit save then exit save
