The format of WWE's NXT program will be something along the lines of the old Tough Enough show with a reality TV feel to it. Viewers will also be able to follow the NXT talents outside of the ring on the show. The idea is that the talents on NXT will be fighting for a spot on the main WWE roster. WWE is still going back and forth on the idea of having veterans on the show.
