Viewsat 9000, and scanning 82

Setup VS 9000 - with external tuner and 8psk

Dual switch for B3V -
B3V (single dish 2 LNB) - Switch (1) 91, Switch (2) 82

Quad Swich for alll others
SW1 - B3V
SW2 - 118/119
SW3 - 110
SW4 - 129

Getting good quality and signal for 91, but no singal and quality for 82. Can watch 91.
Can some one shed light on how the settings should be (in the reciver) and which transponder should be used to 'scan' 82?

Go into your settings, and flip the ext tuner off then on and then try and re scan, if it doesn't work, do it again it appears many vs 9000's have this problem.
