no quality

What will cause the quality to jump from 0 to 80 then back down to 0 and up to 90.It doesnt matter if I move the dish one way or the other it still jumps

My experience with those symptoms was a bad lnb.

Also check that lnb freq. is correct for your lnb, I notice on the premier it always reverts back to 10750 after a factory reset.

The jumping around on the "Q" is the receiver trying to lock onto something to decode, and do check the LNB frequency as FN59 mentioned as that will cause this problem, also the LNB type.

Is the "S" jumping around also?

If so then it could be a bad LNB, switch or connection.

I just put 2 new LNBS on.They are the dual LNBs.I have one for 110 and one for 119 on a 18in dish.The setting is single LNB and 11250
