Closed caption

Closed caption is not working after turned on from the remote. any idea?
Anybody tried it?

Closed caption only works on channels that have closed caption. Try a news channel or some WGN programs. Not all channels actually have the closed caption data stream.

Just wondering if any way to change the font for CC, current one not quite the best.

I just turned mine on to check and it is working for me. I have it on 9450 Watching Star Trek and is working find.

The letters are juggled! I am wondering why though.....

Same here, need new firmware to fix it....not available yet.....If you noticed on some channels works ok.

Some channels are working but the majority do not, I hope this will be fixed in a new software upgrade, this box is great if it can get a HD UI, closed caption and a good remote... lol
