I downloaded the file for iks4suns and when I ran the program I got an error saying that windows cannot access the specified path no matter where I extracted it. I have run directions to a T and still cannot get it working. can someone please help. I have teamviewer installed so would allow you to access the pc to help me. very frustrated at this moment. two days with no service. NOI is screwing around for some reason. I have no idea what's wrong.
